Notice of Discontinuation of Zenfotomatic CAM Mobile App

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you very much for your continued use of Zenfotomatic.

We would like to inform you that the Zenfotomatic mobile application, “Zenfotomatic CAM” (iOS / Android), will be discontinued and removed from distribution on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who are currently using Zenfotomatic CAM, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

This notice is provided in advance to allow sufficient preparation time and to minimize any impact on your operations.
Please review the details below.

1. Scope of Impact

According to the schedule below, Zenfotomatic CAM will be gradually hidden and removed from the App Store and Google Play, and all support and feature updates will be terminated.

The web version of Zenfotomatic will remain available.

For customers who have already installed the mobile application, we kindly ask that you delete the app in due course after support ends, in order to prevent potential issues.

2. Schedule (Planned)

February 2, 2026

  • Official announcement of this notice

  • Start of support for existing customers transitioning to SASAGE.APP

March 2, 2026

  • End of support and feature updates for Zenfotomatic CAM (mobile app)

  • Usage rights during the current contract period will continue to be honored

  • For both annual and monthly plans, Zenfotomatic CAM will not be renewed after the current contract period ends

  • Zenfotomatic CAM will be hidden on the App Store and Google Play

  • Removal of the ZF CAM download link from the landing page

March 31, 2026

  • Official end of service for Zenfotomatic CAM (mobile app)

  • Updates to related websites and displayed content

3. For Customers Using the Auto Renamer Feature

Customers currently using the paid optional “Auto Renamer” feature in Zenfotomatic CAM are kindly requested to consider switching to SASAGE.APP, which is provided as the successor service to Zenfotomatic CAM.

We will provide individual support regarding:

  • How to download SASAGE.APP

  • Migration procedures and operational guidance
